Active HDMI 2.1 EMI Filter
The ACTIV HDMI is the only active EMI filter for HDMI signals that uses Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to bring HDMI into shielded enclosures. The filter supports HDMI 1.4, 2.0, and 2.1 at combined data rates up to 48 Gbps with greater than 80dB insertion loss from 350MHz to beyond 40GHz. Unlike fiber-based HDMI isolators that generate their own radiated emissions inside the shielded enclosure, the ACTIV HDMI uses proprietary DSP technology to actively reconstruct HDMI signals without interference — no fiber conversion, no protocol overhead, no strong emissions inside the enclosure. Suitable for SCIF installations, MRI suites, and RF test laboratories requiring filtered HDMI connectivity through a shielded wall. Made in the USA.

HDMI 2.1 at 48 Gbps. No Fiber.
The ACTIV HDMI uses proprietary DSP technology to actively reconstruct HDMI signals without interference through the shield wall. Four balanced differential signal pairs plus HDMI Ethernet pass at combined rates up to 48 Gbps while greater than 80dB insertion loss from 350MHz to beyond 40GHz prevents signal leakage on either side of the enclosure wall. Backwards compatible with HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 1.4. No fiber conversion required — and unlike fiber-based solutions, no strong radiated emissions are generated inside the shielded enclosure.
Military-grade passive filtering ensures audio, video, and data signals traverse the filter in complete electromagnetic isolation. Signal lines are balanced throughout the multilayered cards to maintain the fast rise times required by HDMI digital square wave signals.
