DJM brings a vast toolbox of filtering techniques to every custom program, from active digital methods to advanced passive structures. Active filters use proprietary Digital Signal Processing techniques to reconstruct digital signals while suppressing radiated and conducted emissions. Passive techniques use cascading LC stages, stripline construction, via walls, differential routing, and machined housings that serve as both enclosure and ground plane. We routinely apply complex design techniques which can be engineering-intensive but deliver performance that conventional approaches cannot match. Which methods we use, and how we combine them, is determined by the signal type, the operating band, the application environment, and the level of performance the customer requires.
